Wisconsin Class D road test
Wisconsin road tests are scheduled through the DMV's online system. Every applicant needs a valid instruction permit; teen applicants must also satisfy the GDL eligibility requirements.

Make sure the permit remains valid through the scheduled test date.
Teen road-test eligibility
Under 18, you must have held the permit for at least six months, have no violations in the past six months, have at least 50 practice hours and have Driver Education Course Completion on file.
Road-test appointment fee
Wisconsin charges $15 for each Class D skills-test appointment, including certain late cancellations or failures to appear.
