Road to Permit Partner Program

Turn permit-test learners into future driving students

Road to Permit helps learners prepare for the knowledge test. Partner driving schools can send students into the game with a unique referral link and QR code, then earn more visibility as those referrals become real learners.

How the partnership works

Each active partner gets its own Road to Permit referral code. The school can share the link on its website, in a welcome e-mail or text message, on social media, or as a QR code at the front desk.

Road to Permit keeps first-touch attribution for 30 days. A learner who enters through your link stays attributed to your school during that window, even if they return later.

  • Unique referral link, for example roadtopermit.com/play/?ref=your-school.
  • QR-ready link for posters, handouts and front-desk materials.
  • City-level partner placement for learners who are already preparing for a permit.
  • No need to install special software or give Road to Permit access to your customer list.

More real learners = higher city ranking

The ranking is designed to reward useful referrals, not empty traffic. Referred learners who actually start studying matter much more than raw visits. The leaderboard uses a rolling 30-day window so an active new partner can move up instead of being permanently stuck behind an older school.

Automated test accounts and traffic identified as testing do not count. Road to Permit may remove invalid or manipulated activity so the leaderboard remains useful to learners and fair to participating schools.

Your school can appear when the learner reaches your city

Road to Permit is built as a road trip. When a learner reaches a city such as Miami, Tampa, Orlando or Jacksonville, the city postcard can show active local partner schools ranked by recent referral performance.

That placement connects the next step naturally: first prepare for the knowledge test, then find a local school for behind-the-wheel training. A school is shown as a Road to Permit partner, not as a government-approved or government-endorsed provider.
