Signal AheadTraffic lights at the next intersection, maybe hard to see until you are close. Slow down.6
Stop AheadA stop sign is coming. Ease off and get ready to stop.6
MergeAnother lane joins yours. Watch its traffic and yield when you need to.6

Guide, service and recreation signs

Service signBlue signs point you to gas, food, lodging and hospitals.4
Recreation signBrown signs lead to parks, scenic spots and historic or cultural sites.4

FlaggerA worker in a bright vest, holding a sign or a red flag, stops, slows or guides traffic. Do what the flagger shows you.7
