Prepare for an 80% passing score
Utah describes the written knowledge test as untimed and says it commonly takes roughly 30–45 minutes. The passing threshold is 80%.
Remember the additional first-license exam
A first-time regular Class D applicant also completes the online Traffic Safety and Trends Exam and must answer every item correctly.
