West Virginia Level 2 road-skills test

The road-skills step moves an eligible teen from Level 1 to the Level 2 intermediate license.

Meet the Level 2 prerequisites first

The teen must be at least 16 and complete the required conviction-free Level 1 period.

Complete practice or qualifying driver education

The parent certification route uses at least 50 behind-the-wheel hours, including 10 at night.

The handbook lists a maximum of three road-skills attempts
