New Mexico MVD publishes the passing percentage and the available testing languages. The current public rules do not require us to invent a fixed number of questions.

The current MVD written-test requirements set the non-commercial passing score at 70% or better.

Multiple languages are available

MVD lists English, Spanish and several additional languages for non-commercial written testing.

Retakes have a weekly limit

Current MVD procedure allows non-commercial knowledge testing no more than twice in one week.
