Arkansas learner's-license requirements

Arkansas' learner's license is for ages 14–15 and is the first stage of the state's graduated driver licensing system.

The learner may drive only with an eligible licensed adult who is at least 21 supervising in the vehicle.

Keep the required clean record

Eligibility for the intermediate stage depends on avoiding serious traffic violations and at-fault accidents during the prior six months.
