Adult first-time drivers complete the Arkansas State Police testing process and then use Driver Services for the Class D credential transaction.

Complete the Driver Services credential step
DFA publishes Class D credential fees and duration; ages 18–21 are prorated while the standard age-21+ Class D license is currently $40 for eight years.
